The LUMS data is a summary of the 67 county property appraiser files by township-range-section and land use code. There are 100 land use codes and for each the LUMS file contains the amount of assessed value, land area, building area, and number of parcels for each of the more than 50,000 sections in the state. The data is available for years 1984 to 1999 for analysis and time series of land use change. We also have the section boundary files for use with ARMASI's LUMS software or with ESRI's shape file for use in ARCView
