ARMASI has developed a data base of all commercial and industrial parcels in the state. The file contains all fields just as reported by the property appraiser. The fields include use code, assessed value, taxing authority code, owners name and address, and land area fields. It comes on a single CD complete with the ARMView software for viewing and selecting specific records from the data file based on use type, parcel Id, or owners name. The CD is currently being distributed by the University of Florida's Bureau of Economic & Business Research.
